The Sound
This incredible stereo amplifier can drive speakers much louder, with no distortion, than solid-state amplifiers rated at 5× its power — but with the musicality and emotion that only the finest tube amplification can deliver. You will also find it drives speakers with a faster bass response than any other tube amplifier at its price point.
Subtlety, nuance and majesty are ways to imagine this amplifier without hearing it. The shortcomings that most amplifiers have, the ones that get in the way of the music, are non-existent in the Shadow. It is completely hand-wired point-to-point with silver-plated PTFE-coated conductors, three types of solder and a 99.999% pure-copper buss bar.
